A question for both of you - do either of you have or have you ever considered the Premium version that assesses the $300 initial fee and $30/mo for unlimited access to a CFP? It sounds like an interesting option, but it changes the math on the cost. Just curious if either of you have considered that option? Thanks!
I have the premium version. I have met with 3 different CFPs so far. It's a video call. All have been excellent. They rely heavily on MoneyGuidePro, and basically walk thru that. My spouse has done the video call as well, and having a place for her to start if/when the time comes, is a big relief for her.
Thanks for the info! Is the advice fairly cookie-cutter or will they review things like Roth conversion strategies, deferred comp, tax planning, etc? Appreciate the info!
