Investing - Theory, News & General • How Does Cash Help Me Avoid Sequence Of Returns?

If you ignore income from Social Security, Pensions, Dividends, Capital Gains, annuities, and other income,
then you may have to SELL something.
Many of us don't have pensions, didn't fall for annuities, don't earn enough dividends and are delaying SS as discussed in other threads so, yes, I sell something every month.

Several of my funds are over allocated and several are under allocated at any moment and it changes every day which gives me something to sell as needed.
I see that you agree and salute me, that if A then B.
You may be going down a popular rabbit hole, out on a thick limb without additional security,
but to mix analogies there are indeed others who have a 3 legged stool with other forms of stable income or cash.
A common mistake I see is that people assume that everyone is like them, but less so. ;)
