Non-US Investing • Are capital gains tax exempt in France for a US Citizen?

Based on my research, it looks like I would enter my USA capital gains in form 2042-C cell 3VG and then include the amount in cell 8TK. On form 2047 it feels a bit more complex, but it looks like section 6 is where I would put my USA capital gains.

Curious if anyone else has filed in France with USA capital gains as an American citizen?
