In your example, if she limited her total wages from January through July to less than $64,150 (the 2026 income limit in the year you turn your FRA), then she would be subject to no reductions. Assuming that her monthly wages is less than $9,164.29 ($64,150 divided by 7), she should not be subject to any reductions in 2026.
Since she reaches FRA in July, she only needs to watch her income until June. So the divisor would be 6, not 7.
