Personal Consumer Issues • Share Your Quality of Life Progression

I left my job 11 months ago. Since then I have
lost 38 lbs
workout 3 time a week with a trainer
started biking (something I used to love) and found that I am (now) in good enough shape to do 12 miles with hills
sleep much better
get in at least 5k steps a day (aiming higher!)
stopped drinking much alcohol (maybe one drink a week)
no longer have stress dreams
about to lose my Marriott and several airlines top status levels
rented a house with a bunch of friends for a week
booked several trips (including a bike trip to Portugal with my adult son)
I miss nothing about work except some of the people who I see once every month or 2
Life is good and uncertain. Thanks to Bogleheads for helping me understand how to manage my money to be able to do this.
