Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Parents scammed - what do we do?

Thank you all for your help today! My sibling and I realize we're going to have to start having some tough conversations with our parents about the future. This whole thing is shocking and sad.
A few years ago my elderly parent texted me venting and frustrated at her PC issues and “geek squad” was on the phone and in the PC, and she had to buy Best Buy gift cards on Amazon and send to them to purchase parts for the PC. I immediately called her and said she was being scammed and to turn off the PC and unplug it. Then we called Best Buy and Amazon and confirmed it was a scam, and luckily they were able to reverse the charges. They replaced the PC. They were on the PC a while but probably didn’t find anything because they really don’t do financial stuff online.

I occasionally send my mom examples of fraud to keep her on her toes. Dad doesn’t touch a PC or even his mobile phone.
