Some people value the longevity insurance highly. Others value the immediate cash flow. There are more opinions on this subject matter than stars in the sky. It's probably one of the top three debated topics on this forum.
I personally have not used pralana, but many here talk about that one. Even so, presumably t is a software app that's going to be mostly quantitative. It will not deal with the qualitative issues AFAIK.
I've never seen this debated on this forum, let alone in the top 3 all time . Could you point me to those threads?
