ETA: I found it within the cell settings pop-up. It's at the bottom, primary blue, "recent used" in my open sheet.
Yes, the green box where my own notes go, starting at cell K10. No data transfer. But that's an easy copy/ paste from v.25.
My "budget" data, starting at L173, has black cell borders in v.25. In the copy of v.26 I just downloaded, they are a light blue. When I copied over my own categories and amounts, the cell borders turned black. I was just trying to figure out what color the cell borders were. There were a few untouched cells so I noted the color selection on those and applied to my pasted cells.
