Non-US Investing • Canadian brokerage option with money market sweep

I’m looking to help my brother move all his assets to a Canadian brokerage. I’d love to find an institution that offers something equivalent to fidelity’s cash management account with a money market sweep option.

For bonus points:

1) looking for the closest Canadian equivalent of VT and a total bond market index, or alternately, a single target date fund. Trying to set up a two (or one!) fund portfolio with lowest expense ratio, etc.

2) looking for the cheapest way to convert USD to CAD and wire from a US to a Canadian bank.
