We bought an LG that was highest rated by consumer reports and have the same issue. If you rely on the sensor, stuff still comes out damp. You can mitigate this by changing the setting to "more dry" or whatever it's called, rather than "normal" or just using the time dry setting.If you look around here using the search box, you'll likely see that Samsung and LG appliances are not always considered to be the most reliable.
Bypass the sensors until the thing breaks, then get something more reliable.
Otherwise it's been reliable, which is a shame because I am looking for an excuse to replace this with a Miele.
