I actually tested this yesterday.pulled in , not pushed in ... also having investments ( not core position or other MMFs ) in the account where you pull in serves as a collateral for your ACH pull to become available immediately [ for withdrawal ] up to the collateral valueThey've put holds as long as 3 weeks on funds transfered in.

Requested two transfers, same amount. Pull from Fidelity, coming from the same bank.
One to brokerage, other to CMA where I only have cash.
Transfers were done maybe 2 minutes apart.
Today, what I have is:
- The brokerage transfer is 100% available to withdraw.
- The CMA transfer is still pending.
So, based on this very small sample, this is actually true.
