Agreed. US Bank has been transparent so far in notifying customers of changes with a couple months advance notic. And the truth is, what is the worse that can realistically happen ? A customer is caught off guard for one month and only gets 2% cashback.What would have been missed by a normal person that got the card, stuck $100K in a brokerage account, and used it without reading any online forums about it? They would have been notified of the good or bad nerf by US Bank and then responded accordingly by either carrying on as before or closing all accounts.
