I’m shopping for home and auto insurance and would appreciate your guidance on companies worth reaching out to for comparison quotes.

A bit of background:
I’ve been with State Farm for over a decade. I currently own a townhouse and a 2014 Nissan Sentra.
I recently purchased a second car — a 2026 Mazda — and now want to consolidate my insurance to see if I can get a better bundled rate for both home and auto.

I’m working with an independent insurance agent, but I want to make sure the offer I receive is truly competitive. My plan is to do my homework by reaching out to multiple companies myself to compare quotes.

Here’s what I’m looking for help with:

   • Better claims handling.
   • Renewal stability.
   • Overall customer experience (A peace of mind is worth it after a!! no?)
