There is no magical action that will make you more money in a few years. Your portfolio is in my opinion small to be managed by an advisor and you may get hit with minimal fees.Thank you so much everyone. I plan to go part time at 65 and fully retire at 70. I am waiting to take SS at 70 $3700ish and then a pension of 1300. I’m currently with Fidelity but, they are Advisors and not Fiduciaries. I’m paying .01 percent And have 1.2 invested.
I will definitely invest in the books you’ve mentioned. I’m currently “on track” to retire at 65. But, of course I want to make the most from my investments albeit with limited knowledge and not much time left before I stop contributing and start taking from the account.
It seems like you have most of the things figured out. The SS and pension will cover most of your expense? What advise are you looking for right now?
