I think the same way.hat being said, after switching to the twice a month payment in addition to the extra we pay, the balance is definitely dropping faster than I expected, and it's exciting to see that.
When possible, I made double and triple payments until my mortgage went away.
Once that happened, I said to myself and other key family members, "No more debt."
