SGOV and VBIL hold Treasury Bills in the 0-3 month maturity range, so you'd need to find an ETF that holds agency and corporate bonds as well with a very short duration, perhaps an ultra-short bond fund. Here's one place to look: Short-Term ETF ListSNSXX is a treasury fund, and so SGOV as an alternative makes sense. Is there an ETF that makes sense (yields more) in comparison to prime money market funds?
