SNSXX is a treasury fund, and so SGOV as an alternative makes sense. Is there an ETF that makes sense (yields more) in comparison to prime money market funds?
SGOV and VBIL hold Treasury Bills in the 0-3 month maturity range, so you'd need to find an ETF that holds agency and corporate bonds as well with a very short duration, perhaps an ultra-short bond fund. Here's one place to look: Short-Term ETF List
