I would have to think if you can file on paper you can use one of the alternate online tax software providers such as FreeTaxUSA or OLT.com. Both are free to file federal returns. State e-file is relatively cheap compared to Turbotax. . . .
Thanks for the info. I looked at those sites. OLT partners with the IRS FreeFile so again too much income this year. Didn't see that issue at FreeTax so that will get another look: create account, get their app so they can send single-use codes to my phone, cross fingers the phone stays not-lost, etc. The returns can be downloaded/printed out, right?
