4. Added Fidelity Total Bond in 401k #2 for better asset allocation rebalancing. I'd rather not hold such an expensive fund, but it's handy to have stocks and bonds in this account for rebalancing (I do not contribute any longer to 401k #1).
I'd use 401k #1 to rebalance. You've got a passive bond fund available for 0.03% ER and plenty of room in that account to switch between bonds and equity.

There's no need to use a bond fund with an ER of 0.45%.

Yes, this is a great point. I had done that to give myself more room in 401k #1 to hit my international holdings. I reworked this a bit, first putting VTIAX in my Roth, but then I'd lose the FTC. Instead, I reallocated the Roth to VTSAX. I'm still a couple points shy of my target international portion, but I should be able to make that up through regular contributions in my taxable account.

The revised portfolio is below. If anyone sees glaring omissions or problems, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks!!
