Personal Investments • Mega-backdoor Roth with existing IRA's

Sorry to bring this topic alive but if I am reading this correctly:

1) If I have a rollover IRA that I want to take it back into my 401k (the plan is cheap and has about $30 annual fees and also allows me to do my own Brokerage stuff so its fine).
2) I was confusing the Backdoor and the "MegaBackdoor" roth but this thread shines the light that I can do the Megabackdoor Roth in my 401k which allows all of this without getting affected by the Pro Rata rule.

Just need confirmation on this understanding please!
