My only activity in the account is a monthly dividend from one ETF. So, not a big problem if it doesn't get fixed.The tragedy is that now you need to reach out to Quicken support. And they are not exactly a premium operation. Quite the opposite. I'm sorry that this is happening to you guys.
I'm not getting my account to work with Quicken, either.
Other than that, I must assume the new platform is better, right. I used the previous one for a few months and found it to be horrible.
Plus I suspect the Smartly card 4% will reduce to 2% at some point--and I'll be moving the investment back to Vanguard.
