Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Signing up for Medicare in CA

My first choice for low-income CA seniors is to enroll in Kaiser's Advantage plan if they have a Kaiser hospital nearby. OTOH, if they live near a major medical center (UCLA, Stanford, Davis...), then an Advantage plan that covers that hospital and related physician groups would be my second choice.
