I budget for it by hoping to have the mental fortitude to go out on a very, very long fishing trip. Told my partner under no circumstance do I want to be kept around needing round the clock assistance. Obviously, all easier said than done.
But I most likely will not have an amount of money where I would be comfortable seeing it go to my care rather than to my spouse or kids or even sister and newphew/niece. And I would not trust any insurance company to cover it for a reasonable premium either.
