I am paying 2600/mo and planning to pay additional 30k per year. This should get paid in 4 years. Do you mean I should be investing less and paying more of the loans?

I would think so, yes. I was always taught to pay off debt then invest. I would also work on reducing your monthly bills. Your rent payment seems very high I would be looking for somewhere much cheaper. I live in Pennsylvania and currently pay 500 a month for a very nice small apartment.
