Personal Investments • Schwab SWTSX vs SWVXX

Any opinions on which would be a better investment for a $700,000 roll-over IRA account...
SWVXX is a little expensive with an ER of .35%, Schwab's SCHO (Schwab Short-Term Treasuries) ETF has an expense ratio of .03%

With short-term treasuries paying 5% or more, a combination of 70% SCHO and 30% SWTSX would be similar to how the $700K was previously invested.

Schwab also offers these actively managed all-in-one income funds SWLRX, SWKRX, SWJRX if you want something hands-off.
SWVXX dividend is 5.15%. That is net of the ER & what you actually get. That is very a competitive MMF rate today. SCHO is about 4.15%.
