Only a few years ago Josh Scandlen was advocating a one-fund retirement solution:
Craig Israelsen, in contrast, has been advocating for twelve-fund solution, which he calls by the trademarked name 7Twelve® Portfolio. At one point I glanced at it but was put off by the fact that, at least at the time, you could not find out exactly what was in it without paying, IIRC, $199.
At a very very very quick look, I take it that this is not about Scandlen's Wellington solution at all, but Israelsen claiming that he has a portfolio and a strategy that would have supported a zero failure rate... with some withdrawal system.
Apparently they are only looking at 25-year periods, which is odd because the traditional retirement planning frame is 30 years, and there's a good case to be made for planning for a longer frame, but: (Quotations below are from YouTube automated transcript with obvious mistakes corrected).

Again, the actual details of Israelsen's strategy are secret:uh can you test more than 25 years
good questions you can't do more than 25 years I I had to had to make some
hard decisions about is what we're really doing here is we're studying...
Many details on what the price buys you.Q: Can you test more than 25 years?

yeah yeah this is this spreadsheet is available and I think what we talked about
Josh, normally I sell it for $200, and l a lot of the people that buy it are actually financial advisors because a lot of my clients are financial planners um but there's some individual investor that purchase it so I think the idea was we're gonna through the podcast here offer it uh for half so 100 bucks and then I update it each year.
I make changes and adjustments during each calendar year and then in January of each year I update it with the new year's data yeah and so l update it for sure every January but actually just historically speaking I'm making adjustments to it quite often and so people that buy it in that year that they buy it they get all the upgrades that l as I tinker with I just automatically send those out so then in January...
