Personal Consumer Issues • Getting rid of stuff

Now if I can just get rid of the big box of Beanie Babies our daughter accumulated when she was young.
How old is she now? When I bought a house, my parents started sending me pictures of my old crap right before they would come visit. My choices were it would go in their car for the trip, to goodwill, or in their trash. I plan to do the same thing once my son is settled in a location.
In her 30s now.
She has gone through some of the stuff in her old room on visits and thinned it out a bit through donations or taking back with her; yet the Beanie Babies remain.
LOL—Today was going through my (grown and living across the country) daughter’s room to try to donate or discard unclaimed items. I had trouble getting rid of the beanie babies (many with original tags). I remember stalking toy stores for delivery because there was scarcity, and buyers were limited to buying two. “Peace” was selling for $75–and that was in the mid-90s. I can’t help thinking they might still be valuable. Please, someone, let me know that they are worthless so that I can give them away :happy
Well unfortunately I do not have the answer that you were desiring. :)
