Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Proposed new wiki page: Retirement draw-down priority

- User:FiveK Retirement income planning ("User:FiveK" means its a draft page created by FiveK)

- User:Fyre4ce Retirement draw-down priority ("User:Fyre4ce means it's a draft page created by Fyre4ce")

Some thoughts:

• Neither article has anywhere near the amount of external references that, as a wiki page, they ought to have. Separating the wheat from the chaff among those references would take some work.
• The difference between two incomes chosen using "Retirement income planning" should be consistent with the "Retirement draw-down priority" for an unexpected spending need equal to that difference. That would be a good check on both articles; I haven't done so.

I finally had a chance to circle back on the feedback from FiveK and made some changes to User:Fyre4ce Retirement draw-down priority. I added a bunch of external links. But I will say, this page is meant to be a "hub" page, linking mostly to other wiki pages that provide more detail on topics, so I am not thinking it needs a huge number of external links. For example, this page refers to the step-up in basis in a few places, and links to the wiki page on that topic. Details and references are more appropriately part of that page than mine. In some places, information is mostly specific to this page (eg. 457 plans, savings bonds) so I added links where I thought appropriate. I think the page is ready for publication. Remember- the page can still be edited once live, so it doesn't have to be perfect.

I propose that I publish User:Fyre4ce Retirement draw-down priority, and FiveK publishes User:FiveK Retirement income planning. While the two pages are complimentary, I think each stands on its own well enough to be published separately, and I don't want to step on FiveK's editorial toes by making major edits to his page - although I am happy to provide feedback.

With that context, any final feedback on User:Fyre4ce Retirement draw-down priority before it goes live?
