I opened my Vanguard app to check the balance of my brokerage and IRA accounts balance this afternoon, it shows $0 on both accounts which is obviously not true. I tried it 2 hours later and it still shows $0. Called Vanguard customer service but I can't reach to a person. I almost drove to my local PD to report the incident...
Tried it again later, it finally shows the correct balance, whew!!
Did this happen to any of you?
It is a happy ending this time but how could one prove to Vanguard that I have x amount of this and that with them in case their computers say something else?
