It's interesting that women are accused of being more emotional, but it's always the men who commit suicide when faced with financial ruin.

Rather than focusing on Stoicism which in our society would be considered frugality (either you are or you aren't),
I think it would be best to focus on cultivating enjoyment of life which will lead to the right balance between your 'joy to stuff' ratio'. (Ref. S.W.)
