I've used Airalo, US Mobile, and GigSky, all with eSIM on an iPhone. They all work fine, but US Mobile has I think the most cost-effective plan: 5GB, covers the UK and a bunch of other European countries, good for 30 days, $10. Most others charge $15 or more. Very easy to top up (no need to re-install eSIM). You don't have to subscribe to US Mobile's regular U.S. service to buy this.
