Infirst Federal Credit Union is offering 5x points on its Visa Rewards card for tax payments until 3/31/24. Not sure if there is a cap. Those outside the geofence can qualify through NARFE membership, if eligible.

What does 5x points equate to in percent back? 5%? If I pay $10,000 in tax, how much do I get back? And what happens after March 31? And with a large tax bill, can I make multiple payments (to stay under a credit limit) in a billing cycle, both to the IRS and to this credit card and get 5% back on all of it?
You can make two credit card payments per credit card payment processor. The IRS has three processors. And you'll get slapped with a 2% fee for making them.
1.82 and 1.87 and 1.98%. That’s not what I’m asking. I’m asking how much rebate the InFirst card wil pay.
You also asked if you can make multiple payments to the IRS.

I have no idea the value of that credit union's credit card points.
