Hello

My parents recently received their green cards.

They alternate living between me(jersey) and my brother( pennsylvania)

I got them the marketplace insurance plan in jersey.

However they're out of network from this jersey plan when they live with my brother in pennsylvania.


Is it possible to also apply for pennsylvania health insurance marketplace.

Can a couple have health insurance via marketplace in 2 different states at the same time?
