The variance goes up with time when you are predicting (almost) anything into the future.Your comment about weather doesn't make sense to me. If you are booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance - I don't see weather predictions being any different versus months in advance.
You know average conditions for location and month regardless of whether it is 3 weeks or 6 months. Unless you have a secret source for weather predictions that are accurate 2 weeks or more in advance in which case please share!
