I'm 37 and feel like I'm very behind. I could be investing better, but I don't know anything about investing.
I have:
115k with Fidelity in Vanguard Target Retirement 2025 Fund VTTVX
450K in no-penalty CD's at 4.7%
10k in silver coins
I put $900 into my 401k per month. Employer matches 6%. Currenly putting 6% in pre tax and 4% in Roth.
I don't put any additional money into my Roth. This is all I have been doing for a few years now.
Can someone give me some advice on how to divide my investments and where I should be putting my money? I make about 120,000 a year. I am currently saving 3000 a month after bills, investments, etc.
