My sister is in the very beginning stages of transferring her 403b to Vanguard. She’s having some issues. The company holding her 403b right now is Equivest. She said they basically just gave her a 7 page form to fill out and we’re not helpful at all with any of it. She doesn’t understand what she’s filling out.
My question - can she call Vanguard and will they help with this process? She basically just wants to sign something and have it transferred. Is there a simpler process? Thanks for any Advice!
