The issue with the front/back sensors has been going on for many years. It will not be fixed anytime soon. Thanks for sharing your experience with 24 M3. I see the same problem with the front and back sensors. But I fully expect them to fix it in the next few months. While the deal is attractive, we can easily push the decision. Maybe similar deal will be available down the lineI recent got a '24 M3, it didn't so much replace my '19 as it added to it since we needed a 3rd car for my daughter (it became hers). If it weren't for the needed 3rd car (and it being better financially for me to get a new one that will be expensed as a business car and retire the fully depreciated one from the business than taking a risk on a used car for my daughter) I wouldn't have traded it. It is definitely quieter in the car, but that wasn't an issue for me in the '19 anyway. I don't know that interior is better as much as different. The reverse warning sensors are significantly worse now that they are solely camera-based and that creates real issues in tight parking situations. The higher range is nice, but range hasn't been an issue for me in the '19 so the benefit of it isn't all that valuable. Adjusting to the lack of stalks took a bit and I'm still not using my turn signals as frequently as I used to/should be - but its not that big a deal.
I love the tech, but the lack of USS, turn-stalks, and gear-shifter is pushing me away from Tesla.
