Your numbers don't quite make sense. 10% of the interest is usually much less than 1%. But there are lots of previous posters who live off income from Social Security and pensions who never spend principal. So you could spend all the dividends and interest as well, and leave all the principal to keep growing. The broad US market index is paying around 1.25% in dividends.

There are also posts on the perpetual withdrawal rate, which should last forever -- around 3.5% plus inflation every year. Or, you could easily spend 4% of your annual balance forever -- if you can accommodate the annual fluctuations in spending -- as you obviously could.

There is probably litte written about 1% or 2% withdrawal rates -- what would be special about them?
