1. You say your current PC hard drive uses about 1.2 TB space. I assume that includes Windows, all your installed applications (Office, browser, etc.), and all your personal data (documents, pictures, videos, etc.). How much of that 1.2 TB is your personal data that you want to move from the old PC to the new PC? For large amounts of data, uploading and downloading from the cloud may take longer than attaching an external drive to your old PC, copying your personal data from the old PC to the external drive, attaching the external drive to your new PC, and then copying your personal data from the external drive to the new PC.
2. Where is your personal data right now? Is it in one folder on your old PC hard drive, scattered in multiple places all over your old PC hard drive, in OneDrive (Microsoft's cloud), or in some other cloud (Google Drive, iCloud, etc.)?
Personally, I've usually copied files using an external drive when moving from an old computer to a new one. This is much easier if your personal data is in a few distinct folders on your hard drive.
Restoring from your Backblaze backup would be a good test of whether your backup process is correct and complete. Given the importance of accurate backups, restoring from BackBlaze might be a worthwhile exercise even if it is not the easiest or quickest method to move your personal data. Since it is already uploaded to BackBlaze, you would only need to download which is good since downloading is normally much quicker than uploading.
