Personal Finance (Not Investing) • What are the ideal distribution sizes and consumption purposes from a portfolio?

What are the ideal distribution sizes and consumption purposes for making withdrawals from a portfolio? i.e. how much of the portfolio is "wisest" to withdraw each year, and what are the best things to spend the withdrawals on. This information would be quite helpful to me for something I'm doing.
