I'm curious about this as well. I'm a govt. employee who my employeer makes contributions and I've been maxing out my HSA investment account with Schwab. The only option now is to close the Schwab and "Enroll in HSA Invest". Is this where people are doing this and at the end of the year move all the money into Fidelity HSA?I agree HSA Bank is awful. Some of us still need to use them for our Employee Contributions though. I do make annual transfers to my Fidelity HSA but use the TDA/Schwab account in the meantime. The absolutely worst account experience ever with HSA Bank. Completely unprofessional, unorganized, conflicting information. Even their own employees would criticize them over the phone. Went with Fidelity. Wonderful! Took weeks to transfer.
HSA Bank has two places on their website that you can see the YTD contributions and they don't even match.
