I certainly am not going to look up all those equities in your taxable. What is the AA of those funds?

I'd suggest looking at each one of those and sell off as many as you can and put them in a ETF like VTI or SCHB or equivalent. Just use a fund that is substantially different than your US stock fund that you hold in a retirement account. I'd approach it like this:
Sell off any lots that have a loss.
Sell off any lots that have little to no gain.
Sell off any lots that have only a small LTCG.

You will still be left with a bunch of small holdings. Sell them off as you can prioritizing getting rid of any fund that has an ER of .10 or more.

I wouldn't use a target date fund in your Roth. Put US and international stock fund in the Roth. Let the TDF in your traditional handle your bond holdings.
