Personal Consumer Issues • Caribbean island in January/February

Hi,

My wife and I are planning travel to the Caribbean for next January/February from Philadelphia. Any recommendations for an island and hotel that is not so crowded that you have to wake up at 5am in order to reserve beach chairs?
