Personal Consumer Issues • Creating the ideal sleeping environment

For many years I was a terrible sleeper. I always went to bed at least 10 hours before I had to get up, since I normally spent about 2 hours wide awake.

Then one night for some reason I went to bed about 8 hours before I had to get up. Went right to sleep and slept all night. Wow. I've cured myself.

I am a good sleeper now. I can hardly believe it.
