I haven’t done it for Utah 529 yet, but I called them. They told me that I can withdraw for k/12 tuition ( I didn’t ask about online classes ).my state allows it . I can do it from their website to my account and I should save school tuition receipt for any possible tax audit . I believe they send tax form .
