Regarding space concerns, we have 3 bedroom, the two “guest” bedrooms have beds (full and queen) and closets full (of just seasonal clothes, jackets, coats, etc.). Not any storage in garage available for bed, 2 car garage.
It would be cheaper to throw out the seasonal clothes each year and buy new ones each year and any guests can be put up in a hotel with money to spare.
Or you could rent a storage unit for a couple of hundred collars a month.
A big problem is if you buy a bigger house that it will quickly fill up with more junk.
