Does that mean you get a big discount for your first year of enrollment that decreases each year. That sounds a lot like shadow age rating. Community rating means that everyone pays the same rate.UHC in NJ is community rated as well. They have a large discount the dwindles each year, for 2024 they revamped the amount and how it dwindles at least in my zip code.
