The 4-week T-Bill is currently selling at around a 4.3% annualized yield which is better than most savings accounts, even without taking into account that the interest isn't subject to state and local taxes. And this is higher than the current inflation levels in the US. Personally, I don't really consider T-Bills an "investment" so much as a place to park cash.
