Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Fidelity as a backup executor?

My mother set up charities PoD (her IRAs), as personal representative, I thankful she did that. With good info (clear and explicit primary and secondary info) in the beneficiary sections, it was rather seamless (IE I wasn't involved, no work to do).

The PoD seems direct, easy, and no need for a executor. I'm curious, if wanting to distribute to charities on passing, is there a con with setting up JTWROS with PoD to charities here, for assets that can be set up this way?
