TIPS Plan: - Having a base amount of money annually adjusted for inflation for 10 years out for the basic needs - Food and Housing Spend.
I like the Year ETF TIPS. IBIB - IBIK for the next 10 years. The second ETF TIP I like is RBIL. A very new ETF with no track record but its cool to look at the holdings. Its designed for 1 year for short term inflation. These are all very low volume ETFs. Not recommending anything here but I like the ETF reinvestment part for the cash generated and so far this works for me. Again individual TIPS will be better for most seems to be the answer.
