900k for kids education? is this for one kid to become a doctor or 3 kids in private? Trying to understand the logic behind the almost 12% portfolio being in kids education?

Got 2 kids. One has 4 years to enter college and other has 9 years to enter college. So making an assumption to save close to 500K per kid for college.
